Job Description
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
- Coach team members on product knowledge, cross-selling, and customer service.
- Handle employee discipline and terminations per company policy.
- Conduct formal and informal performance evaluations (quarterly).
- Daily cash handling and sales reporting for accounting.
- Monitor and order inventory, manage returns and vendor relations.
- Use company systems to track KPIs, schedules, and labor budgets.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and team morale.
- Ensure the store is welcoming, informative, and inclusive.
- Promote a respectful and culturally aware environment.
- Lead by example with positivity, care, and professionalism.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled, displayed, and stocked
- Verify deliveries and maintain accurate physical inventory
- Support compliance with state and local cannabis regulations
