Restaurant Management and or Barista experience preferred, but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be fun, high energy, able to lead by example, polite, and customer service focused. You will be trained as a barista, a shift lead, and then a manager within 2 months.Duties include motivating your team, able to meet COGS and Labor % goals, scheduling, inventory, placing orders for food/beverage deliveries, ensuring your team has everything they need to reach company goals, cash handling, and creating social media posts.Flexible schedule30-40 hours a weekIRA match after 12 monthsPTOHourly pay plus tip share

Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
