We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Pokémoto team in Auburn, Alabama.
Pokémoto is a steadily growing, culture-rich franchise on a mission to become a global brand. Our shops serve Hawaiian-style poké bowls and deliver an exceptional guest experience that is quick, healthy, affordable, and — most importantly — delicious.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in developing team members while maintaining high operational standards.
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations, leadership, and performance of the restaurant. This role focuses on creating a positive team culture, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving the overall success of the store.
You will lead the team, manage schedules, oversee food preparation and cleanliness, and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and develop a strong in-store team
- Hire, train, and coach team members to maintain high standards
- Create a positive, energetic work environment
- Hold team members accountable to operational expectations
- Lead by example during busy shifts
Guest Experience
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, fast, and high-quality service
- Address customer concerns professionally and quickly
- Maintain a welcoming and upbeat store atmosphere
- Operations & Store Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage scheduling and labor efficiency
- Ensure the team executes the assembly-line service model effectively
- Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and speed of service
Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Ensure all food preparation meets company and health department standards
- Oversee food prep and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Ensure daily and weekly cleaning procedures are completed
Inventory & Performance
- Manage food inventory and ordering
- Monitor food cost and waste
- Maintain operational efficiency and store profitability
- Ensure the restaurant meets company performance expectations
