Store Manager
Premier Rental-Purchase Toledo, OH Full-Time
Ready to run your own store? As a Store Manager at Premier Rental-Purchase, you'll own it all — driving sales and profitability, leading your team, and delivering a great customer experience. In your first 90 days you'll take command of operations, know your numbers, and set the pace for your store.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: $45,000–$50,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Sat, day shift
Pay day: Bi-weekly
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, coach, and develop your team.
Grow revenue and keep accounts on track, including non-renewals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
DOT certification (or willing to earn one, if your state requires it).
A plus (not required): a track record of growing a store or team.
