Our Eveleth Slumberland location is looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team to continued success.Why Slumberland?Helping customers create comfortable, welcoming homes is at the heart of everything we do. As Store Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience while building a high-performing, motivated team.What You'll DoAs the Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while creating an environment where employees and customers thrive. Your responsibilities will include:Leading, coaching, and developing a successful sales & warehouse team

Driving sales growth and achieving store performance goals

Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Managing inventory and maintaining an organized, inviting showroom

Building relationships within the local community to promote the business

Creating a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a leader who enjoys motivating others, solving challenges, and taking pride in achieving results.Preferred qualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferred2-4 years of leadership or management experience preferred

Flexibility to work during retail operating hours

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, as driving is required for this role
