Our Slumberland store in Eveleth, MN is hiring a Store Manager! We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused leader who is passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience and motivating a sales team to achieve strong results. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and developing staff, driving sales performance, managing inventory, building community relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications for a Successful Store Manager:

A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2-4 years leadership experience is preferred. Be available to work flexibly during operating hours. This position includes driving so a valid and insurable driver's license is required. Please see attached job description.

What We Offer:

This position offers a base salary plus a performance-driven incentive plan. Total compensation is strongly influenced by store performance and individual sales. The estimated annual compensation range is $65,000-$70,000, with additional upside for motivated leaders - strong performers may earn $10,000+ above the range through incentives.
