Role Overview
As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations. You’ll recruit, coach, and inspire your team, manage performance, and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
•* Lead by example to deliver the Smoothie King Experience
•* Recruit, train, and develop team members
•* Manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations
•* Ensure brand standards in cleanliness, service, and speed
•* Monitor sales, inventory, and key performance metrics
•* Build a culture of teamwork, appreciation, and growth

Qualifications
•* 2+ years of leadership experience in food, beverage, or hospitality management
•* Assistant General Managers from high-volume operations encouraged to apply
•* Experience in coffee, smoothie, or quick-service beverage concepts preferred
•* Strong communication and coaching skills
•* Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
•* Passion for health, wellness, and helping others
