Automotive Store Manager | $120K–$150K+ Annual Earning Potential | San Angelo / AbileneWe're looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead one of our top-performing locations. This is a high-car-count, $2M+ revenue store with a strong, established team already in place — the foundation is built. We need a leader who knows how to keep a great thing going and take it even further.What's in it for you:- Base salary $65–70K with bonus opportunity - The opportunity to lead a high-performing, experienced team- A busy, high-volume shop with the car count to back up your earning potentialWhat you'll be doing (not all inclusive list):- Leading and developing a tenured team of skilled technicians- Delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business- Managing daily shop operations and holding the team to a high standard- Driving revenue growth and managing store profitability- Utilizing shop management software (Tekmetric) and reporting tools to track performance; other duties as assigned. What we're looking for:- 2–3+ years of automotive service management experience- A sales-driven leader with a track record of growing revenue- Strong communicator who can motivate a team and build customer relationships- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordConsidering candidates in the San Angelo and Abilene markets. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
