We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Automotive Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth. Uncapped Earning Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $130K annually.
What you'll do:
- Lead the Team: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Delight Customers: Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Drive Sales: Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer service
- A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED
- Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (may be required).

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
