Job Description

Job Title: General Laborer – Steel Warehouse

Shift: First Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)Pay Rate: $15.00 per hourJob Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our steel warehouse team as General Laborers. This is an entry-level position that requires no prior experience or training—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading steel materials
Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse
Operate basic hand tools and equipment (training provided on-site)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Support team members and supervisors with general warehouse tasks

Requirements:

No prior experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may include heat, cold, and noise)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work early morning shift (5:00 AM start time)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
