We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager, SKA Entertainment

Target total compensation ranges from $165,000 - $225,000, including a fixed annual salary of $110,000 - $139,000, a short term incentive plan (STIP), an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role:

This role sits within our Strategic Key Accounts team in New York and is focused on one of the largest, most strategically important partners in Rokt's Entertainment vertical. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as a quarterback across product development, commercial strategy, and project execution: driving measurable growth, expanding product adoption, and building durable executive relationships across a complex, fast-moving account. This is a high-impact, high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, uses AI as a force multiplier, and brings the organization, commercial acumen, and technical fluency required to keep multiple workstreams moving with precision while helping Rokt deepen its foothold across the full Transaction Moment.

What You'll Do:

  • Own day-to-day strategic account management for a major Entertainment partner, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple Rokt products.
  • Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams to ensure fast, precise execution.
  • Lead account planning and execution through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigor.
  • Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and continuously optimize account outcomes.
