Strategic Account Management | Healthcare | Relationship Growth | Commission Eligible
At WeCare tlc, we are not a call-center sales company.  We are a mission-driven advanced primary care organization partnering with employers and municipalities to improve access, reduce healthcare costs, and create healthier workforces.
We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who knows how to grow trusted partnerships — not someone reading from a sales script or selling cell phone plans.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic client management, consultative relationship building, healthcare services, customer success, or B2B account growth.
If you are energized by helping clients succeed, uncovering opportunities, leading executive-level conversations, and turning satisfied clients into long-term advocates — this could be an outstanding fit.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within the organization, relaying feedback and insights to services development
  • Own the Customer Ladder - move clients from users > champions > referrers.
  • Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with impact-driven insights.
  • Identify white space opportunities and recommend service expansions.
  • Launch and manage our "Gold Partner" client tier model.
  • Train and empower clients to become active referrers.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 3-5 years in client success, account strategy, or growth roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to uncover opportunities and lead high-impact client conversations.
  • Experience with referral programs or partner enablement is a plus.
