🌟 Your Mission
As a vCIO at ONE 2 ONE, you’ll own the strategic direction, alignment, and success of assigned client accounts. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring every IT initiative drives meaningful business impact.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop long-term IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing VCIO sessions
- Build and manage IT budgets, lifecycle plans, and technology forecasts
- Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and operational risks
- Partner with account managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver on strategy
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and consultative recommendations

Requirements
💡 What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management or technical leadership
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or recurring revenue environment
- Proven success in IT planning and budgeting
- Proficiency with ConnectWise, SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Microsoft suite
- Excellent communicator and presenter — equally comfortable with executives and technicians
- Experienced in sales support and consultative selling
- Excellent adaptability, prioritization and follow thru in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
