The team partners closely with business leaders and subject‑matter experts to deliver impactful insights, build analytical capabilities, and promote best‑in‑class data practices. As trusted advisors, we focus on enabling strategic initiatives, improving performance, and elevating analytics maturity across the enterprise.
About the Role
The Strategic Analytics Consultant - independently leads complex analytics initiatives from concept to delivery. This role serves as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, transforming sophisticated analytical work into clear, actionable business recommendations. As a thought leader in the domain, you will influence decision‑making, shape analytics best practices, and support capability building across the organization through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, including scoping, methodology definition, data analysis, and executive‑level storytelling.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor by translating data insights into practical business recommendations.
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and clients independently, ensuring alignment, communication, and impact.
Design, refine, and champion analytics best practices across teams and functions.
Drive organizational development by mentoring colleagues and training stakeholders on analytics approaches, tools, and best practices.
Provide thought leadership within the analytics domain and contribute advanced insights to adjacent areas of expertise.
Requirements
Advanced experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar field with a demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex initiatives.
Proven stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clients.
Exceptional executive‑level communication and storytelling capabilities.
Proven strategic problem‑solving ability and thought leadership within an analytics domain.
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and translate analytical findings into meaningful business outcomes.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
