As a Strategic Associate at Precoa, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. You’ll partner across departments, help translate between teams like field, HR, and development, and turn ambiguous challenges into structured, actionable plans

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

You won’t operate on the sidelines, you’ll help architect how strategy becomes reality, as you:

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that bring clarity to complex, unstructured problems. You’ll help senior leaders make confident decisions that shape how we grow and scale.

• Translate data into action. You’ll analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs across a complex business model, identify opportunities, and ensure insights convert into measurable outcomes.

• Bridge strategy and systems. Whether exploring HRIS capabilities, evaluating platforms like Culture Amp, or helping connect Sales Studio with field needs, you’ll align business priorities with technical execution.

• Drive projects from concept to completion. You’ll schedule, facilitate, track action items, build presentations, develop proposals, and ensure critical initiatives move forward with discipline and craftsmanship.

• Build trusted relationships across departments. You’ll resolve roadblocks, navigate competing priorities, and influence outcomes through credibility, clarity, and collaboration.

Requirements

Skills you may have to make you a success!

• 2+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, project management, consulting, finance, or a similarly rigorous environment. Exceptional academic performance paired with highly relevant experience, also welcomed.
• Strong organizational discipline. You manage multiple workstreams, track details, and drive progress without losing momentum.
• Clear and confident communication skills. You can explain complex ideas simply and build alignment across diverse teams.
• Analytical curiosity. You enjoy structured problem-solving, thinking through logic step-by-step, and making sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
