The Impact You'll MakeDanfoss Power Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic Global Procurement & Supply Chain team in Easley, SC. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our supplier relationships and driving the procurement agenda within a global matrix organization. If you have a strong background in procurement and are ready to make a significant impact, we invite you to join us. This position will require being onsite at our Easley, SC location 4 days per week.What You'll Be DoingLead Supplier Relationships: Drive capacity management, delivery performance, and long-term supplier development.Strategic Sourcing: Handle supplier contracts, conduct price negotiations, and perform benchmarking activities to ensure competitive advantages.Project Management: Coordinate ramp-up and ramp-down activities for new projects and lead intiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, and delivery improvement.Process Improvement: Manage supplier change requests and establish Logistic Service Level Agreeements with key suppliers.Collaboration: Seve as the vital link between our internal supply chain functions and external suppliers, ensuring alignment and achieving shared goals. What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree combined with experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.A minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.Proven strength in negotiation, networking, and analytical problem-solving.A proactive and self-driven mindset with a track record of delivering results.Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate and find compromises between conflicting interests.What You'll Get from Us
