Strategic Communications Manager - Executive Communications

Pride Health is hiring a Senior Strategic Communications Consultant to support our client it's a totally Remote role. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (Possibility of conversion or extension) and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Senior Strategic Communications ConsultantLocation: Remote Duration: 20 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop executive and employee communications aligned with business strategy.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, tone, and communication strategy.
• Write executive communications in the authentic voice of leaders.
• Lead communications for organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Create multimedia content including presentations, video, audio, photography, intranet, and digital communications.
• Use AI tools for content creation, research, synthesis, workflow automation, and communications governance.
• Independently manage projects while collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in strategic, executive, corporate, or internal communications.
• Journalism, storytelling, or editorial experience.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into employee-friendly messaging.
• Experience with change communications and senior-leader engagement.
• Multimedia storytelling experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Strong interest and proficiency in AI-enabled communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives.
• M&A communications experience.
• Employee engagement or corporate brand experience.
• Communications certification.
