Position Summary

The CAS Marketing team develops and implements outreach strategies that drive CAS brand elevation and achievement of organizational growth goals. The Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting our highest-priority target accounts and enterprise segments, designing and activating multi-channel programs including digital campaigns, executive engagement, partner marketing, and industry organization activations that drive awareness, pipeline, and growth within key accounts. This position also contributes to the planning and positioning of hosted executive events and summits in collaboration with our events team and works in close partnership with internal Sales and Marketing stakeholders, as well as customer and agency partners, to translate business priorities into high-impact marketing activations that support our enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.

Success in this role requires the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, navigating a matrixed environment to drive alignment, shape strategy, and deliver results through cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product Management, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing programs targeted at high-value enterprise accounts to drive awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate opportunities
  • Designs and activates multi-channel campaign programs spanning digital advertising, programmatic display, paid social, content syndication, and email nurture
  • Drives executive engagement marketing strategy, developing programs and experiences that build relationships with senior-level buyers and decision-makers within target accounts
  • Manages partner marketing initiatives and activations with key industry organizations
  • Contributes to the strategy and positioning of hosted executive events, summits, and roundtables in collaboration with the events execution team
  • Partners closely with enterprise sales teams and organizational leadership to support joint account plans and align marketing activity to sales priorities
  • Develops sales support materials, customer-facing content, and account-specific collateral in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Monitors campaign and program performance, using data and insights to inform strategy, optimize activations, and report results to stakeholders
  • Recommends innovative marketing approaches that reflect industry trends and support CAS strategies and growth goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience in related disciplines; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Prior experience marketing complex, technical products or solutions; SaaS, information services, and/or chemical/life sciences industry experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing executive engagement programs targeting senior-level buyers and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategy and account-based program execution
  • Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing programs across multiple channels and stakeholder groups
  • Working knowledge of B2B Martech stacks, including account intelligence and intent data platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Experience presenting performance insights and marketing strategy recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, contribute to positive team environment, influence and build credibility across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions and communicate performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
