About the Job
As a Strategic Talent Advisor, you will design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and workforce plans. You will serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, providing market insights, talent recommendations, and clear guidance throughout the entire hiring lifecycle. This role requires strong business acumen to influence recruiting outcomes, build diverse talent pipelines, and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring practices across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead effective intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements, success outcomes, and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and outreach strategies.
- Assess labor market trends, competitive talent dynamics, and employment brand perception to continually inform and adapt recruiting approaches.
- Apply structured, skills-based assessment methods to evaluate candidates for role-relevant capabilities.
- Partner with interview teams to promote fair interviewing practices, prepare interview guides, and synthesize feedback into actionable summaries.
- Deliver a positive, transparent, and respectful experience for all candidates and hiring partners.
- Communicate clearly and confidently across all levels, building strong collaborative relationships within Talent Acquisition, HR, and the broader business.
- Model a collaborative enterprise approach by sharing best practices, seeking input from others, and mentoring teammates.
- Apply critical thinking to guide decision-making, manage competing priorities, and support compliant hiring practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or retained search environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
- Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize insights clearly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or diverse business areas.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, talent market analysis, and employment branding concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
