We are Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based business to business flooring and surfacing Distribution Company and we have a rare opening for a Territory Service Representative. This position specializes in flooring and tile products and will be based in Des Moines, IA and surrounding area.

HOW do I add value to the company?

• Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
• Maintain the samples within each a display to ensure current product lines are displayed.
• Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery if necessary.
• Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM system
• Support upcoming product launches and initiatives through sample prep and packaging in warehouse locations.

Requirements

WHAT do I need to be a success?

• Results-Oriented Self-Starter. Strong individual contributor capable of working independently and achieving results with minimal daily management. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Strong Communicator. Clearly articulate the needs of the customer with internal partners and determine the best possible course of action that supports Jaeckle Distributors and customer success. Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2+ years in a client facing service support role.
• Ability to manage customer relationship effectively; experience delivering consistent service to internal and external customers.
• Territory travel as required and there will be overnight travel with an average of 2 - 3 nights a month. Expenses covered by company.
