Introduction

Join our team as we embark on a significant transformation in Communications Surveillance. We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our mission of enhancing risk detection and building capabilities for the enterprise. This role involves working on a transformational change program to remodel our infrastructure and improve how data is captured and analyzed using AI and transformed models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with e-communications compliance and transformation projects.
Minimum of 7 years of experience at a VP or Director level in relevant fields.
Strong understanding of e-communications risk detection and communication technology related to data flows.
Ability to build out monitoring and controls, ensuring accurate data feeding, data monitoring, validation control, lineage, and file movements.
Data technical focus with the ability to translate technical requirements to business teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFE) are a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Familiarity with surveillance software and communication monitoring systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop analysis and requirements to support delivery objectives for electronic communications surveillance.
Ensure surveillance frameworks align with industry regulations and stay updated with regulatory changes.
Conduct in-depth analyses of communication data to identify compliance risks.
Prepare detailed reports on transitioned data and document surveillance procedures.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology teams to support migration initiatives.
Identify opportunities for enhancing surveillance systems and participate in the development of new tools.
