Job Title: Strategy PMO - Global Analytics
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: PPM Finance Manager
- Purpose Of the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Strategy PMO to support the Global Analytics organization. This role will serve as a key partner to Analytics leadership, driving governance, executive reporting, portfolio management, and value realization across a global analytics portfolio.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with executive communication skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for turning complex information into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
Executive Governance & Portfolio Management
Drive governance across the Global Analytics portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives remain aligned to organizational priorities.
Coordinate leadership reviews, SteerCos, and governance forums, including agenda management, decision tracking, action closure, and follow-ups.
Support annual planning, prioritization, and portfolio reviews across multiple analytics domains.
Monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
Executive Reporting & Leadership Communications
Own the preparation of executive-level reporting and updates for senior leadership, including CTO and VP forums.
Consolidate updates from global stakeholders and translate them into concise, outcome-focused narratives.
Develop high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic communications for leadership audiences.
Track progress against organizational objectives, commitments, and KPIs.
Program Review Governance
Manage governance processes for strategic programs and initiatives.
Coordinate recurring Performance Review Planning (PRPs) and leadership reviews.
Ensure consistency, quality, and readiness of content across programs.
Drive accountability for actions, commitments, and follow-ups.
Value Creation & Performance Management
Lead governance of value realization processes across a global portfolio of analytics initiatives.
Partner with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent tracking of business impact and benefits.
Maintain executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor value delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve measurement frameworks, governance processes, and reporting quality.
Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Analytics leaders, Program Directors, PMOs, Finance, and business stakeholders across regions.
Facilitate alignment across global and regional teams.
Act as a trusted partner to leadership by proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
5-8 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or Portfolio Management roles.
Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
Experience supporting senior leaders and executive governance forums.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Preferred
Experience in Analytics, Data, Technology, Digital, or Transformation organizations.
Familiarity with value creation, KPI management, and portfolio governance.
