Street Team Brand Ambassadors - Atlanta United

Position Summary

This is a paid, part-time position that is based on events within Atlanta United's Integrated Marketing Department where the team will be tasked with uniting and empowering people to create extraordinary memories for guests they encounter. During the MLS season, the Street Team will energize the crowd and help enhance the fan experience. The Street Team also serves as brand ambassadors for many events around Atlanta, including festivals, races, sponsor/partner events, and more. It's about each member bringing their energy, skills, experiences, and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving consumer demographic. Atlanta United is looking for those that can harness the passion in supporters and fanatics who can also support both in engagement as well as during brand events in and or around the Atlanta area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Atlanta United
• Support data collection efforts through online fan entries
• Provide on-site support for events, activations, and community initiatives
• Assist Integrated Marketing teams with in-office tasks and assigned duties
• Create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere at all Atlanta United events by interacting with fans, distributing giveaways, and encouraging fan engagement
• Engage with fans and the Atlanta community to educate and inform them about key Atlanta United initiatives and moments (including promotions, ticketing updates and offers, and team news)
• Assist with setup and breakdown for all Street Team events and activations
• Support the loading, unloading, and organization of Integrated Marketing storage areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree

Required Skills:

• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Knowledge of the MLS, specifically Atlanta United FC
• Experience with event/game promotions preferred
• Punctual, professional and mature demeanor is a must
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be a team player
• Ability to work 75% of Atlanta United's event schedule: length of events 8 to 10 hours
