About the Role:

We’re seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Flexologists. This is a part-time, hands-on role where you’ll work directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.

No prior assisted stretching experience is required - we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
Create a safe, professional, and engaging client experience
Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
Build relationships that drive membership retention and referrals
Maintain client notes and manage recurring appointments
Support studio growth through referrals and light sales conversations
Assist with studio cleanliness and day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines, including either a degree in a related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), or current licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist/Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Yoga/Pilates/Barre instructor. Applicants with a strong movement background (such as dance or similar training) may also be considered. Must be comfortable with hands-on client interaction.

Training (Paid)

All Flexologists complete our proprietary training program:

~20 hours of online coursework
2 days of in-person, hands-on training

Schedule Requirements

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
