Job Title: Struct & Payload Design Engr 3 Location: Renton, WA 98057 Duration: 12 Months Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Description: BCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)• 8+ years related work experience in structure design.• Experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing specific design tools and processes Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):• Has previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience• Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance• Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems• Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM
