What you'll be doing

• Designing structural components including foundations, retaining walls, slabs, framing systems, and miscellaneous structural elements
• Preparing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
• Reviewing civil site plans and coordinating on load paths, grading impacts, and constructability considerations
• Completing field inspections, construction observations, and structural assessments
• Collaborating with civil engineers, surveyors, project managers, and architects
• Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and best practices
• Supporting the development of junior engineering staff as needed

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 2-5+ years of structural engineering experience preferred
• Proficiency with structural analysis and CAD modeling software
• Strong understanding of building codes, load calculations, and structural design principles
• Ability to manage project responsibilities with strong attention to detail
