Job Description

Location: Salt Lake City, UTSalary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Structural Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT!

Responsibilities:

Review and understand utility customer drawing packages
Design and analyze tubular steel utility structures to meet national codes, industry standards, and customer requirements
Provide preliminary design estimates to checking final design for production
Utilize 3D structure modeling software for pole design and propriety calculation tools
Provide technical support to collaborate with sales, detailing, project management, and production
Communicate and coordinate projects with internal and external customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering required
Transmission and distribution systems industry experience preferred
PLS-Pole software knowledge
Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
