Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Engineering Professional to join our growing design team. In this role, you will contribute to structural analysis and design across a variety of projects while collaborating closely with Structural Leads, Engineers, Designers, and other disciplines.Location: Remote (U.S. Northwest Region or Canada)

You will play a key role in developing design concepts, executing analysis, and ensuring structural requirements are clearly communicated in design documents and models. Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under general supervision
• Apply engineering judgment in selecting and adapting design techniques and procedures
• Support lateral system design (wind and seismic) in accordance with building codes
• Maintain high standards of quality through detailed self-checks and peer reviews
• Review and validate calculations prepared by other engineers
• Manage assigned workload, timelines, and deliverables effectively
• Take ownership of assigned structural scope and ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify scope changes and communicate proactively with project leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers
• Contribute to improving workflows, tools, and adoption of new technologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)
• Professional Engineer (PE or PEng) license
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience
• Working knowledge of U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
• Experience with structural analysis tools, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
• Experience designing steel and concrete structures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills
