Ensuring Chart's Success…
Grow a Cooler career with Chart Industries! Day shift and Night shift availability. Chart Industries in Beasley, TX is looking for experienced welders. Must be willing to work overtime and pass a 3G structural weld test. Chart's experienced welders play a key role in the manufacturing process of producing Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Must be able to work inside and outside
REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS:
- Safety Glasses
- Safety Steel Toe Boots
- Face Shield when grinding
- Hard Hat when using jib cranes and overhead cranes
- Long sleeve shirt or welding sleeves
- Long Pants
- Welding Gloves
- Ear Plugs
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Walking
- Standing
- Using hands
- Bending
- Lifting
- Sitting
Your Experience Should Be...
REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Ability to pass the 3G structural welding test
- Ability and willingness to learn from co-workers in order to achieve welder 2 qualifications
- Ability to pass the 1GF Canadian welding test after four (4) weeks
- Ability to use measuring tape
Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 6 mos in a fast paced manufacturing enviroment
Skills Required (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):
Certifications, licenses, registrations helpful but not required
