This role focuses on high-quality structural welding for heavy industrial fabrication projects, with an emphasis on 3G MIG welding, weld integrity, and production efficiency.If you have structural welding experience and can consistently produce strong, clean welds in a fast-paced fabrication environment, this Structural MIG Welder opportunity offers strong long-term potential.Required Experience & Skills Structural MIG (GMAW) welding experience REQUIRED Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols Strong understanding of weld penetration, structural integrity, and weld quality standards Ability to follow welding procedures, safety requirements, and production schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a high-production fabrication environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) structural welding on fabricated steel components Complete 3G position welding according to specifications and quality standards Weld vertical joints while maintaining proper penetration, alignment, and weld appearance Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication instructions Follow production schedules to meet fabrication deadlines Inspect welds for consistency, quality, and structural soundness Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirementsWeld Test RequirementsCandidates must successfully complete: 3G MIG Downhill Root / MIG Uphill Cap 4F Fillet Weld TestPreferred Experience Previous structural steel fabrication experience preferredWork Environment Industrial fabrication / welding shop environment Exposure to welding equipment, heavy steel materials, sparks, heat, grinders, and active fabrication operations Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance Fast-paced production setting with strong quality expectationsWhy Youll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay at $21$23 per hour based on experience Stable MondayFriday day shift schedule Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Great fit for experienced structural welders Consistent fabrication work in a production-focused environmentReady to Apply?Apply online or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St. Tulsa, OK 74120MondayFriday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
