Requirements

A passion for student housing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Proven experience building and leading leasing teams

Skilled multi-tasker and self-starter with strong time management skills and keep attention to

detail and quality

• Able to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and ask for direction when needed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
