Job Description
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Third-party Risk Management, including maintaining our contract management system and conducting vendor due diligence.
- Administration and other support of contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor questionnaires.
- Act as liaison between internal business partners, Legal and vendors for contract processes and inquiries.
- Contribute to various legal initiatives in the operation of insurance business.
- Interface and collaborate with all departments and internal clients, including HR, Finance, Underwriting, IT to assist with legal inquiries.
Projects/Opportunities
- Onboarding of existing contracts into our contract management software, including collection of existing contracts, uploading to the contract management system and facilitating the implementation of the Third-party Risk Management Policy, including due diligence efforts, procurement of risk assessments from contract owners and questionnaires from third-parties/vendors.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Energetic and willing to be part of the team
