Job Description
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand the independent agency distribution model and how Union can effectively position ourselves for growth.
- Provide suggestions for updated digital marketing experience from the perspective of a current and potential policyholder.
- Review current operational processes for the agency onboarding experience and provide recommendations / process improvements.
Projects/Opportunities
- Managing agency listings - including updates to staff lists / access to Union Express, producer appointments and terminations, etc.
- Assisting with social media posts - scheduling holiday posts, generating content, etc.
- Draft / Distribute / Analyze results from an Agency Interface Contact and Survey
- Manage Promo Marketing gifts / update inventory
- Assist with event preparations
- Assist with updates to brand guidelines and identifying areas for updated brand / style / templates.
- Assist with refining email marketing including updating contact lists, templates, etc.
- Assist with launch of Customer Portal - updated marketing material, direct messaging campaigns to Insureds, etc.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and willing to be part of the team
