The Role
As a Transportation Assistant, you are a vital part of the safety team. You'll ride along with our drivers to ensure students have a safe, comfortable, and positive environment on the bus.
What You'll Do:
Assist Students: Help students board and exit the bus safely, particularly those with special needs or younger children.
Maintain Safety: Monitor student behavior and ensure everyone stays seated and safe while the bus is in motion.
Be a Buddy: Build positive relationships with students and act as a helpful guide during their commute.
Collaborate: Work closely with our professional drivers to manage the bus environment effectively.
