Description
The Music and Media Student Office Worker provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet visitors and provide general information about the department.
- File, scan, and organize documents, including juries and event videos.
- Deliver and collect campus mail and packages.
- Prepare materials for workshops and departmental events.
- Support faculty and staff with special projects as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas.
- Uphold confidentiality and follow all FERPA guidelines.

- must be enrolled in 6+ credit hours at GU
- must be a music and media student
