Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Automatic Submerged Arc (Sub-Arc) Welder (Twin Wire) to support the production of high-quality box header components. This position focuses on operating automated welding equipment to ensure consistent, code-compliant welds.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate automatic Submerged Arc (Sub-Arc) welding equipment (Twin Wire)Perform welds on box header assemblies to meet production and quality standardsSet up and adjust welding parameters for optimal performanceMonitor welding operations to ensure consistency and defect-free resultsInspect completed welds and identify any issues requiring correctionMaintain equipment and work area in safe, working condition

QualificationsExperience with automatic Sub-Arc welding (Twin Wire required)Knowledge of box header welding processes preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and weld proceduresStrong understanding of welding safety and quality standardsAttention to detail and ability to maintain production efficiency
