This role is ideal for someone who has already spent several years in the trades and wants a long-term opportunity with a stable, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field labor related to specialized below-slab installation work
  • Work on active new construction job sites during sub-slab phases
  • Assist with site prep, material handling, layout, and installation tasks
  • Use construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
  • Read and follow plans, drawings, and job site instructions
  • Maintain high safety standards and awareness on site
  • Travel as needed to job sites
  • Support crews with reliable, consistent field performance

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in plumbing, concrete, or a closely related trade
  • Strong understanding of active construction job sites and job site safety
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings
  • Familiarity with tools, materials, and equipment used in field construction work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Dependable, mature, and able to work well in the field with minimal supervision

Pay and Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 Employment
  • Pay: $20 to $28 per hour, based on experience
  • Company-paid health insurance for employees (100% covered)
  • 35% employer contribution toward family coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% match
  • 2 weeks PTO to start
  • 6 sick days per year
