DeVoe Subaru of Naples is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with experience in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, or other commission-based sales roles to join our growing dealership team in Naples, Florida.
This is a full-time automotive sales opportunity with strong earning potential, structured training, and long-term career growth within a third-generation, family-owned dealership group serving Southwest Florida for 58 years.
Average earnings range from $70,000 to $140,000+ based on performance.

Responsibilities
• Generate leads through prospecting, walk-in traffic, and referral business• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-up activity, and pipeline management• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and product demonstrations on new and used Subaru vehicles• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process• Close automotive sales using a consultative sales approach• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business• Maintain consistent follow-up and activity levels to achieve sales goals• Collaborate with management and team members to meet dealership objectives
Qualifications
• 1+ years of automotive sales• Strong customer service and communication skills• Experience using CRM systems or sales software preferred• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic• Professional appearance and presentation• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record• High school diploma or GED required• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
