Who You Are

A Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Administrator

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be working with the Metallic, Build -to-Print (BTP) Sourcing team, supporting the F-35 platform. You will be responsible for creating bid packages through market research, soliciting the supply base, analyzing bids, negotiating terms, and documenting/creating Long Term Agreements for metallic build to print parts.

Further Information About This Opportunity

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.

This position is Hybrid -Monday & Tuesday required onsite

Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Requirement documentation experience And detail oriented/demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish strong internal customer and relationships.
  • Experience with high volume, quick-turn assignments
  • Ability to multi-task, take on challenging assignments, and respond to customer's needs in a timely manner.
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers daily.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with supply chain or government procurement.
  • Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, effective verbal, and communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain roles in a Government procurement environment with FAR/DFAR experience.
  • Procure to Pay (P2P) experience or similar ERP/SAP system
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management or related field
  • Negotiation Experience
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Works well in a collaborative and team-based environment

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
