Position SummaryAdministers the Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) subcontracting plan required under the contract, ensuring subcontract execution, reporting, and DSLBD coordination meet all statutory deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the subcontracting plan, including subcontractor names, certification numbers, scope of work, and pricing, and resubmit it at award and at each option-year exercise.Provide fully executed copies of all subcontracts identified in the plan to the Contracting Officer, Contract Administrator, District Auditor, and DSLBD Director within 21 days of award.Prepare and submit quarterly subcontracting compliance reports covering pricing, scope, and amounts paid to each subcontractor.Represent PFS at required annual DSLBD meetings regarding subcontracting plan status.Provide written notice to DSLBD and the District Auditor at contract commencement and completion.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Experience administering CBE/SBE subcontracting plans on DC government contracts.Familiarity with DSLBD certification and reporting requirements.
