Substation Electrical Engineering ManagerArea: Fully RemoteShift: 1st Shift
Job Summary:
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical designs for utilities and EPC partners
- Provide strategic oversight for project resources, budgets, and client relationships
- Guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution projects
- Manage resources, performance, and development for a growing national substation group
- Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for high-voltage substation general arrangements, grounding plans, and bus configurations
- Partner with leadership on business development and recruiting initiatives
- Champion a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration across the team
