You'll work with students of varying ages, adapting your adventures to fit their individual needs and abilities. You'll develop creative activities that encourage children to explore and foster their curiosity about the world around them!SUBSTITUTE EARLY EDUCATOR MUST-HAVES:Flexibility for working with students ages 7 weeks through 12 years

Knowledge of and ability to comply with all NAEYC, STARS, and state childcare regulations

Ability to build relationships with parents and use Procare for ongoing communication

Ability to effectively communicate with all teachers and educational staff
