$180-$200 Per Day

Responsibilities:

Substitute teacher must deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
Substitute teacher must adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Substitute teacher must manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
Substitute teacher must communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
Substitute teacher must follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Must have a current Missouri Substitute Certificate or Missouri Teaching License through the Department of Education (DESE).
Must have 30+ college credits or Frontline Training
Must be at least 21 years old.

Must provide three (3) professional references.
Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
Must be able to pick up last minute, on call assignments and be available Mondays and Fridays.
