Job Description
Tri‑Cities Treatment Center is hiring SUDP/SUDP‑T Counselors to join a compassionate team dedicated to helping individuals move forward in recovery. If supporting others is your passion, we'd love to connect.
$25.00hr to $32.00hr Depending on Experience.
$5,000 sign-on bonus.
Relocation Assistance Provided
SUDP-T- $25.00-$30.00- Depending on hours and course work completed
SUDP- $27.00-$32.00- Depending on Experience

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role:
- You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
- Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
- Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.
Qualifications and Skills
- Washington SUDP/SUDP-T licensure.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
