Summer 20256 Student Ambassador (Acc Students Only)

JOB TITLE: Summer 2026 Student Ambassador

STATUS: Stipend Temporary (This is a summer position)

PURPOSE: The ACC Summer Ambassador Program is a group of current students dedicated to serving and representing Alaska Christian College.

ACC Summer Ambassadors are selected to host summer volunteers on campus and out on special activities.

The 2026 Summer Student Ambassador positions run for approximately 8 weeks.

Student Ambassadors will receive room and board and a $200 per-week stipend, paid bi-weekly.

The summer position will last approximately 7 weeks, from June 6 to August 8, with a week off (6/27-7/4) for the July 4th holiday. Unpaid time off will be available, but specific days may not be guaranteed.

Room and board are provided during the holiday week off from June 29 to July 3 without pay or a stipend, and you may also choose to stay from August until school starts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current ACC student with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and in good standing with Student Life.
• Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to recognize and appropriately communicate work team problems.
• Must function well in a cross-cultural environment, demonstrate leadership, possess a teachable and cooperative attitude, and be a team player.
• Must be willing to attend extra-curricular activities with work teams. Monday to Friday, 5:30 to ~8:00 pm if Summer Teams activities are scheduled.
• Must be reliable with regular, timely attendance.
• Work schedule with the Summer Teams is Monday to Friday: noon to dinner (must attend), then any activities, if scheduled.
• Must be enrolled for the Fall 2026 semester.
• Be prepared to provide two written references from a previous supervisor or mentor at your interview.
