Job Description:

We're looking for Client Accounting Interns to join our outsourced client accounting practice. In this role, you will work in a cloud based environment and assist multiple clients across the country, working with a team of professionals to provide property accounting services to their businesses.

Required Qualifications:

• Be enrolled as a full-time student during the 2025/2026 school year in Accounting or Finance

• Expected graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027

• Able to work full time for the duration of the internship

• There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outstanding academic performance required, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above

• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization desired

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel

• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving

• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability

• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The pay rate ranges for this position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.

• In Dallas, TX: pay rate range is $18 to $23

• In Chicago, IL: pay rate range is $18 to $26
