Greenheck is now accepting applications for our SUMMER HELP opportunities. This opportunity is summer only commitment to working 1st shift and 2nd shift on the production floor. Greenheck Group facilities provide a safe, clean work environment that fosters career development. Our team will provide you with outstanding, in-depth training prior to entering the production floor.

The Opportunity:

As a Summer Helper, you will work in our Minneapolis facility and will support our manufacturing process. You could gain experience in the following:

• Assembling- Using hand tools and power tools to assemble parts/components of our products. You will be responsible for reading standard operating procedures (SOP) and blueprints to assemble the parts and components correctly.
• Fabrication- Using hand tools and power tools to assemble and prepare sheet metal parts for Assembly. Our team members operate light machinery to punch out the sheet metal parts and inject foam into panels. You will be responsible for reading SOPs to follow the processes correctly.
• Special Projects- Some of our Summer Roles may include special projects around the facilities.

The Details:

Pay: $18.50

Assignment Duration: June 1 - August 28

Shift: 1st shift is 6am-2pm and 2nd shift is 2pm-10pm

Required Qualifications:

• Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift.
• Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to an 8-hour work shift.
• Climb a ladder and/or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift.
• Stand for up to an 8-hour work shift.
• Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers.
• Hear different types of sound/decibels/tone such as alarms, sirens, and/or mechanical equipment.
• See without visual impairments (depth, peripheral, color and acuity 20/40 or better).
