Job Title: Summer Help
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager based on market
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for various projects and for the overall curb appeal of the assigned properties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Walk property grounds to pick up any trash, cigarette butts to ensure a clean and safe atmosphere.
- Empty all waste containers.
- Spray and pull weeds.
- Trim bushes and trees when directed.
- Spray out and clean trash areas.
- Report and damages or property issues to manager.
- Painting, both indoor and outdoor.
- Carpet tear outs.
- Spraying of HVAC equipment.
- Painting parking lot lines.
- Assist maintenance team with any all items as directed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No direct supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
