  • Coordinate technical feasibility assessments to evaluate proposed design changes and unlock new value opportunities.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to continuously generate and mature ideas that support VM savings targets.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report progress toward annual savings goals, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Foster strong collaboration across Engineering, Customer Account Management, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and the wider VM organization.

  • Support VM ideation, benchmarking, and workshop activities, contributing to technical component analysis and SBU-level savings objectives.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Strong analytical skills, with an interest in data analysis, KPI tracking, and working with structured data tools.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about automotive electronics, intelligent cockpit systems, and emerging technologies.

  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills in English, with the confidence to collaborate, present ideas, and engage stakeholders across disciplines.

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to make a tangible impact.
