What You'll Do

• Contribute to auto collection and delivering of data across multiple systems for essential reporting and analysis.
• Develop reporting templates that capture key data metrics, enabling informed business decisions and optimization of business processes.
• Assist with training necessities concerning business procedures and systems.
• Identify optimal best practices for creating a set of standardized operational templates.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to establish a centralized repository for content and knowledge management.

Your Qualifications

• Currently working towards a degree and Interest, coursework, and/or experience in business, finance, accounting, or media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint List & Forms.
• Knowledge of data management tools and creation of dashboards and reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and a quick learner.
• Ability to thrive and adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and follow through in an evolving environment.

The salary range for this role is $18/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
